After winning all the first prizes at all the artistic artisan awards going, Julia Toledo is BACK to help out TEAM ZB for the first time in 2015!!! For those with us at Zouk Birmingham who haven't ever had a lesson/dance with Julia (TEAM ZB's co-founder) - please don't miss this opportunity!!
Next week we're changing the day to Thursday and venue to the Green Room for this special event- THERE IS NO LESSON at Bodega on Tuesday next week on 3 February (but we're back to Bodega on Tuesdays the following week). The Green Room is an AMAZING venue with great food/drinks menu and nice natural wood dance floor (they'll be giving us the main restaurant area from 7.00 - 11.00 pm!!).

6.45- 7.45 pm: pre-class social -have a warm up dance!! The Zouk music will be on and we'll be buying Julia a few drinks to celebrate her recent success in Milan and some of us will be eating (Green Room menu to be posted shortly). PLEASE SUPPORT THE BAR AT SOME POINT IN THE EVENING GUYS - DON'T JUST BUY WATER OR THEY'LL NEVER LET US BACK!
7.45 - 9.00 All levels Zouk Class in which Julia will recap some fundamental techniques for good leading/following and (in the second half of lesson) zouk head movements.
9.00 - 11.00 Pure Zouk Social
11.00 pm + we try and keep the party open/venue open by supporting the bar and refusing to leave!!
