In this workshop we will cover very important aspects concerning SAFETY in zouk whilst performing cambres / dips, head flicks and head movements plus showing leaders how to fully support your follower's head and neck.

Ladies - we will be be working on head and chest movements and how to do them safely and comfortably.

Suitable for all levels.

Sessions

Workshop runs from 2-5pm
Dinner is 5.30-7pm
Social is 7-10pm

Pricing

£20 per person for a 3 hour workshop followed by 3 hour social
